Just to be clear (I see you are in the UAE, so I am guessing English is your second language), do you mean to use microfiber or leather as a type of towel or wash mitt to wash the car?

Or are you talking about the drying step? If drying, do you mean a chamois? (Instead of leather).

Personally, I prefer the Meguiar's microfiber wash mitt for washing..

...and then a Meguiar's waffle weave water magnet drying towel to dry.

ya mark, this what i meant..washing step.

right now am using a normal MF towel..not the wash mitt..will try to get it later

but people are telling this will cause scratches on the paint...

they are advising to use leather (i think its the chamois)..

      what do you think????

for drying step am using QD and A dry MF towel....and its giving perfect results...should i use the magnet drying towel???

      thanks

I'd want MF for washing. And yeah, the mitt would be preferred.

You can certainly cause swirls no matter what you use. Best to watch this, so you minimize the chances as much as possible.
