How do you get rid of rust speckles on white paint? Also how do you stop them from coming back?

Do you have a picture? Have to tried using a clay bar system such as the Smooth Surface Clay Bar Kit? -

I will try and get a pic this weekend after i wash it. The clay bar removed them but they came back.Comment

How quickly did they come back? And in greater quantity, or less quantity than before? Have you parked near an airport, train yard, train tracks, or under the flight path of airplanes after the clay bar?Comment
