There are so many diffrent products to chooe from here, I'm after a glaze or sealent that will give me that reall gloss/wet look to the body work before I add the wax, any replies of even pictures would be great.
What type of car? What color? What condition would you say the paint is in currently. How much work or time do you have to put into this project? Do you have a DA or are you going to work by hand?
It is really all about the prep work. Wash, Clay, Polish, Wax. Each step just as important as any other. The paint has to be clean (wash), the paint has to be smooth (clay), the scratches have to be removed (polish), Protect your work (wax).
If you just want to jump on it and do something, I would recommend Clay, Ultimate polish, Ultimate wax. This should give you a nice glossy finish.

Absolutely could not agree more!!!
However the more prep work you do, the better the end result. A thoroughly clean car, clay-barred, paint corrected, followed with Ultimate Polish, then Ultimate Wax will knock your socks off.
Go for it!!!

I process I used tons last year for many cars was....
#7 Show Car Glaze
NXT 2.0
#26 Hi-tech Yellow
Then as a final water beading layer, some Meg's Ultimate Quick Wax. All products can be bought @ a local parts store. You can swap out NXT 2.0 for Meg's Ult Wax which is a new product this year.
Near as I can tell. Have the remnants of a bottle of DWG and a new bottle of EZ Glaze. Same bottle, same color, same smell, same results.
