Re: Need to wax after uw&w ??
If you're asking whether the wax in the UW&W is enough to substitute for a traditional wax then no, it is not. If you haven't waxed your car in a while then yes you need to wax it after the wash. If you just waxed it recently then no you don't need to wax it.
If you want to wax your car go ahead.2011 Car Crazy Showcase SEMA Team

Unless you see very rough conditions, you won't necessarily have to clay again next time if it's just a few weeks off. You can just wash and put a nice new layer of wax down.
Honestly, cleaner wax is pretty easy to use so even if you wash again in a 2-3 weeks and you don't have another wax yet, might as well put down another coat of cleaner wax to restore the protection a bit.

You definitely want to wax, without a doubt. That 4 ounce sample bottle of Cleaner Wax may not look like much, but you should be able to wax your car at least twice with it. Remember that wax is not intended to be slathered on in a thick coat - your car should NOT look white when the wax is hazed and ready to be wiped off!!
Apply it in a thin coat to all the painted surfaces of the vehicle - and when we say thin we really do mean it. When you're done applying it, Cleaner Wax should dry quickly enough that you can start wiping off in the same order in which you applied it.
You might want to look at the following couple of articles/threads to get an idea of what a thin coat really means:

How to apply a very thin coat of wax with a G110v2 Admittedly, we applied the wax in this discussion with a DA, but you can do a similar process working by hand.Michael Stoops
