I have that brush and it is harsh. Also, those type (with the twisted wire holding the bristles) often allow that inner wire part to rub against what you are cleaning as the bristles bend away. For that reason, I don't like it.

thanks! i picked up another brush today at target that was made up of microfiber...it was like a microfiber spone on a stick sort of thing that allowed me to clean the wheels...it feels much safer than the first one i got
i think i'll just save the first brush i got to clean inside the fenders of the car

imo that brush if fine to use on wheels. maybe not chrome, but it does the job.
