The last few times I have waxed my car with Gold Class I have had some pretty bad holograms when I'm done. Anybody else experience this? I think they're pseudo holograms because I've never used a buffer on my car. Is there any way they could be real holograms if I've always waxed by hand or is this something to do with the wax?

Re: Holograms with Gold Class Liquid Wax
Remove the wax product on the whole car with a MF towel or two, then take a clean MF and go around the whole car again lightly. I think you are still seeing uncured wax residue on the surface. Gold Class has a lot of oils in it which is why we like it. Gold Class over #7 can really make the surface look oily and slick. Let it cure a little longer and wipe it down and it should look great.
