  • Can i do this by hand

This coming spring break i plan on detailing by hand. Can all of these easily be used by hand??? In the process i wanna get rid of some swirl marks.

    1 Wash
    2 Clay
    3 #9 Swirl remover
    4 #7 Glaze
    5 NXT Wax

    is this a good process???

I have some pretty big swirls and wanna no how I can get them out by hand. Maybe DC 1and2 or Swirl Remover or HandPolish???

If your going by hand and can't get hold of a pC I would personally Apply scartch - x all over or at least to the affected parts. This has more 'cut' than the products you listed. I have no experience of #7 but hear its tricky but not impossible t get right. You may be better off with something like #81 hand polish followed by NXT
If you can guess how many coins are in my pocket I will give you both ;-)

I agree that for hand application you'd probably be happier with ScratchX instead of the #9 when going after swirls.

        Hey,

Like the others have said, using ScratchX to remove your swirls by hand would be the better choice.

M-09 by hand does not give very good results. You would be better off going with the M-80 from what I have heard on here.
