They are very similar to each other. Both are for light cleaning and protecting vinyl, rubber, and plastic surfaces while leaving a non-greasy/natural looking finish. The older version is the Natural Shine Vinyl and Rubber Protectant, while the newer version Natural Shin Protectant adds Scotchgard protection to the formula.
