Just purchased a new 2011 Jetta, Black.
When we took delivery of her we looked it over top to bottom, front to back, inside & out. We found only one small mark by the drivers handle.
A few days later we took it to have the windows tinted & front 3M.
Under the lights in their show we found scratch marks "all over" the car (what a **** off)
The dealer did another detail & it took out some of the scratches but not all.
VW will not go any further with it.
With that being said.
My plan is to, Wash with Gold Class Car Wash (unless there is something better?)
