    even coat applicator arrived today.....do I need to rinse in water first before using?

    If it looks dirty, you could wash it.

      They are brand new. just got it so does this mean don't wash if it doesn't look dirty?

        If it looks good, I dont worry about washing applicators first.

        You might have asked abou all 3 products.. I think the Water magnets work best when washed.
