Just start with the basics. Swirlx, UC if needed. If it is single stage paint, a pure polish step after would be good.

So usig uc will not harm the paint if their is no clear coat?

Also would it be ok to use my porter cable with lake county orange pad ?

No, the products will work on paint, SS or Clear Coat.

It would be nice to know more about the 'haze'. Look it over when you see it, make sure it isnt thin paint. Or that it isnt clear coat, and is actually failing.

If the paint isnt thin/failing, using a machine would be fine. Not sure which LC pads are which myself.

OK, so shouldnt be thin then either.

So yeah, all the regular products, which ever you have. SwirlX, #80, Ultimate Polish would all be good places to start mild. Then moving up if needed. And pure polish after. Then wax.

Repaint can be a little softer than factory sometimes, so just keep that in mind.

An oil-rich product like M80 works great on single-stage paint. Pad choice will affect the aggressiveness of cut. It may finish fine as-is, or you may need to follow with a milder product such as M205, M03 or M09. Rub in some M07 and it will likely look great.
