I just bought the new meguiars microfiber correction system with the new backing plate(67---). How do I remove the old? New at this!

You should have a little wrench that came with the polisher. Insert it behind the pad to hold the shaft. Should be some flat spots for the wrench to fit on. Twist the pad counterclockwise with your hand. It should come right off. -
