I have a '98 Grand Cherokee Limited, low miles, very little wear or wrinkling of the medium grey leather seats, but the leather has become somewhat hard. What product will restore the original suppleness of the leather, and what to follow up with?

I'd suggest using Meguiar's Gold Class Leather Cleaner to clean then up first and follow it with Meguiar's Gold Class Leather Conditioner. You should be able to find them at most auto part stores and Walmart.

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

    I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
    Remove swirls my friends.
