So I have a friend that had one of his mirrors ripped off as a whole. SO, what would be the best fix for this without a body shop? Don't worry about the paint but how would you put it back on?

Re: How to fix a ripped off mirror?
Was it ripped out "by the roots" as in hit something, or stolen by some dirt-bag? Most of the manufacturers have some kind of discount "outlet" you can save lots of cash with if he has no luck at a "recycler".

usually door mirrors are held in by several bolts with nuts on the inside of the door panel. you have to take the inner door panel off to get a look at the mounting system.
I would go to a u-pull-it type place, like LKQ, to find a replacement.Joel
