Here's the story: I buffed my hood with a beginner polisher from Autozone (the size is 6") and I used the UC....did only several passes. The next day I drove the car for 140miles and last night I saw tons and tons of "needle point size rock chips" . Now did I polish my hood too much so thats why the clear coat was so thin and easily got those rock chips or maybe I was just day dreaming while driving and followed a truck with loads of gravel and sands? Is this repairable? Need your help badly.

Re: Needle Point Size Rock Chips (HELP)
I'm buying this product for three cars, black, silver, and white...if the results are anywhere near what the pictures suggest, I will be very pleased...won't be actually doing the repair until it warms up around here...Bill Poirier
