    Hi all,

I know that it isn't a good idea to apply ScratchX using a DA, but is it OK to apply ColorX with a DA (specifically the G-100)?

    Thanks

      Hello bmwgsa!

As romulus mentioned, it's absolutely fine to apply Color-X utilizing your G-100.

As the chart that Mike Phillips put together points out, you should utilize either a W-8006 (polishing) or W-9006 (finishing) pad with your G-100 set to speed 3-5.

          No problem bmwgsa!

For simple reference, I've printed out the chart that Mike Phillips put together for the G-100 and the product/pad selection and had it laminated so that I can keep it as a handy reference in the garage.

You wouldn't believe how many times I've gone to this chart for a quick reminder. It's ULTRA-HANDY!
