Are there any dressings(rubber,plastic,trim) that repels water?

Now,ads has the spray UP,
but this thread shows a lotion type UP,
Did the spray replace the thicker version?Comment

Unless the finish is badly neglected, you should be fine with one application, but it all depends on the surface.Comment

On black textured surfaces such as the cowl covering around the wipers, I like to coat with a non-whitening wax after the dressing sets for about a week. I have pieces on my winter driver that are still beading in March and were last done in December.
