I'm going to try DA Microfiber System next week to remove some swirls on 2 of my vehicles. On one I want to run some M03 before sealant/wax. Can I do this over the Finishing Wax or do I need to clean it off before applying glaze? If I need to remove the finishing wax do I use the alcohol wipe method I've heard about, clay, or just wash again with a wax removing car wash?

Re: Glaze after DA Microfiber System?
Just got back to reading and I think the same about the finishing wax removing the glaze. I don't mind washing to remove it. If nothing else I can see if I missed anything or just covered it up, filled it in.

You could use D300 Microfiber Compound followed by a glaze and then a non-cleaning wax. Otherwise, the D301 will remove any glaze you apply.Tedrow's Detailing

Romad81, if you find that D300/cutting disc left some haze behind you'll want to get rid of that first. D301/finishing disc is perfect for that but if you apply your M03 first it will be removed by the D301 and maybe even compromise the ability of D301 to remove the haze quickly. So, if you really want the M03 on there, do D300/D301/IPA wipedown/M03/wax or sealant (non cleaner) of your choice.Michael Stoops
