I've used Megs glass cleaner for the first time today. i clayed the outside windows then used the cleaner with a final wipe with a dry towel. Easiest streak free windows i've ever done.

I use a lot of this even though a gallon makes 11 gallons my wife discovered it and uses it around the house on everything. She also has given bottles to family and friends and they keep asking for refills. LOL I must use three gallons a year of this. It is easily the best glass cleaner I've used as well.

If the glass is not to dirty and on my car it never is , I just use a wet cloth and follow with a mf towel. Streak free all the time.

X2 ... I have foolishly used Windex with paper towels for many years. Well, i used to use Glass Wax, and liked it a lot, but it seems to be a thing of the past. Maybe I'm dating myself? .

Anyway, I recently got some Megs NXT Glass Cleaner, and use it with their microfiber cloths. It works Great! No streaking. Easy to wipe off.

D120 is the BEST glass cleaner you will ever use...auto, home, whereever....just try it one time and you will be hooked!...it's also the most cost effective product out there...Meguiars online price is $18.49 for a gallon which you dilute 10:1...that's 11 gallons or 50 quarts ! ! ! !...that's $1.68 A GALLON !! ! ....but the amazing part is, it really is the best out there for glass...period..

This is from the product web site. I think the main thing is to find a product that does not have ammonia since that will do more harm then good on your paints finish and window tint.

I work with glass on a daily basis and would not recommend any windex product - I use products from CR Laurence and have found these to be the best, however I certainly wouldn't spray them directly onto the cars glass as I am unsure of the chemicals used and would not like to risk any overspray getting onto the paint. It may be worth a look for you though.

I think Nxt will remove wax as well.

Windex contains detergents and ammonia which will strip away your cars LSP if there is any over spray.

Another good point is that windex is not safe on tinted windows. The ammonia will peal your vehicles window tint right off.

i love megs glass cleaner. i use it with a green ADS window towel and its streak free everytime unless the windows are hot from sitting in the sun.

Vinegar, water, and a drop of dish soap in a spray bottle. Cheap and effective.

Yeah, I have to rate the Meguiar's pretty high. How you used it could affect results though, like using way too much for instance.

D120 is so easy to apply, work with and wipe off. Next is also good. I keep it in my trunk.
