Help!! How do I remove the backing plate from the dual action polisher G110?

You have to use a flat wrench, which came with G110, to hold the spindle and then turn your backing plate counter clockwise to remove it. -

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
