I have a pretty good amount of rock chips on my hood, i've kinda ruled out touching them all up and would rather get it repainted. My question is what is the best way to take care of these chips until I am able to get it fixed.

+1. Maybe a mild paint cleaner like DC1 (Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner) if you can find it and then keep a coat of wax on them until you get it repainted.

You could put some clear touch up to prevent the hood from rusting while you wait to repaint.

I`ve seen 2 products that may work, scratchdoctor and drcolorchip

I`ve just placed an order from the first one, once I tried I`ll post the results
