  • Rejuvenating 13 year old paint to shine like newly painted top, hood, and trunk

I have a 93 accord with that beautiful Arcadia Pearl Green paint. It got hailed on just two months after I bought it brand new. The top, hood, and trunk had to be repainted. Last year the clear coat on those repainted areas started to bubble and peal off so, I had those areas painted again. The paint match was excellent. I have had the car garaged nine of the thirteen years I have owned it. I have just purchased a new Porter Cable buffer and I would like advice on what products to use to rejuvenate the luster of the clear coat on the sides of the car to more closely match the newer paint on the hood, top, and trunk.
If it's worth doing; it worth doing right.
I Corinthians 10:31 "Whether, then, you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
