Complete Mothers range is available in my country (and I have their gold class shampoo, synwax synthetic wax, gold class carnauba wax, reflections top coat) while only products of Meguiars available are SwirlX and Gold Class Carnauba (I have both). I also have a bottle of Turtle Wax Polishing Compound

EDIT: What are your views on tefl0n (why is this word banned here?) based coatings/sealants? There is this business in my city called Royal Shield and they charge almost $100 and claim that this sealant will work for min. 3 years. People who have used this claim that it gives extra ordinary shine and they dont need to wax the car anymore. One guy who had his black car done claims he simply wipes a damp cloth on this black car after rain and it looks like its been through a complete wash at a service station. Personally I am a bit skeptical about these claims.

I would recommend sticking with SwirlX then.

Apply to a double-folded MF towel and then work across the surface as per the label instructions. Rub for about 1 minute on your test spot, then with a clean cloth, remove the leftover product, you should notice a difference. Depending on how dramatic the difference is, you can either move on and do the rest of the car this way, or rub for another minute and re-check your work.

Obviously Meguiars fans here, but Mothers isnt a bad company. Their soap would likely be helpful with reducing the swirling when washing.

Have not used any of the Mothers swirl removal products, but never see anything good about the TW.
