    It suggests to use the Foam Applicator Pad.

    Is this the same foam pad we get when we purchase a can of Meg Wax? (the yellow pad).

    Since ScratchX is quite aggressive and may cut some of clear coats, is it recommended to use Microfiber Applicator Pad instead of a Foam Pad?

    I am not sure which one is more aggressive since somehow I found contradictory information on two different sources (or perhaps it is just me who miss the point) . In this thread:

    Microfiber is said to be more aggressive than Foam Pad.

    However, when you go to meguiars.com store, it says that its "Event-Coat Microfiber Applicator Pad" is the ultimate pad for swirl free, show car perfect results. Gentler than a foam pad, this applicator is ideal for ultra fine polishing and waxing.

    So, is foam pad gentler than a microfiber pad is or is it the other way around? And, what is best to use to apply ScratchX?
