Hi, I have some very bad water spots in the windshield. I washed the car, used the spray for windshield, I tried all that but the water spots are still here no matter what. What I can use?

Re: Waterspot in windshield
Blueline's recommendation is a great next step. If that still doesn't work, however, then go over the effected area with something like Ultimate Compound, M105 or M04 Heavy Cut Cleaner with a terry cloth towel. Those more aggressive cleaners/compounds are often used for very stubborn water spots on glass, with great effect. Follow up with a shot of glass cleaner and a clean towel and you should be fine.Michael Stoops

I tried clay too. The spots are very old (months old) I have this car from my mother, have like 3 months with me and the water spot always stay here regardless my intetions to take them out. Still I was able to remove other impurities from the glass and now is soft. The problems mainly remains in the windshield. the others spots in the other glasses only is visible when I wash the car. I will try the vinegar
