Yes it is. I know that some use a quick detailer on their windows, but I do not. If I want to clean them, I use a glass cleaner. If I want to seal them, then I use a product designed for that purpose (e.g., Aquapel). One day I will have to try Ultimate Quik Wax on them, though.

Windshield glass is hard as nails and the removal of scratches requires heavy-duty polish and a machine polisher.

A lot of MOL folks use Ultimate Quik Wax on their windows.

Yes, it's a good thing to do periodically. That's the only time I use a quick detailer on my windows, i.e., as a lubricant for the clay.

I use Aquapel on Windshield and UQW for the other windows.

I usually apply products like RainX, Aquapal, UDW, etc to the windows right after washing.

I only use glass cleaner on internal surfaces.
