    Whats up everyone?

I have a 2000 Taurus that has some trim problems. The rubber trim has some brown spotting, i imagine it is oxidation, but it wont come out.

I have tried #1 paint cleaner on it, Simply Green, AIO, armor all, cockpit shine, something by eagle1, and while the trim is doing alot better, these brown spots are still there.

I am afraid that when i can finally remove them, they will pit. On the top of my passenger door i noticed that a little bit of the rubber has literally been eaten away.

    Gotta love the Florida sun....

    What should i do?

Sounds like it's too far gone to be restored by our products or any company's products. After cleaning really well, you might try Gold Class Trim Detailer.

You might want to check with the dealer. That car is new enough that the trim parts are readily available.

It might be less expensive than you think to simply replace them with new pieces.

Little details like that can get your car looking brand new all over again.
