Hi, I'm new to detailing and was wondering how do I fix these?



Not sure what it is - paint, wax? How do I fix this?




White discoloration on the rubber trims by the windows.



Paint on the vinyl back bumper.

You could try some Apc and a terry towel ornice soft bruch or some some M39 heavy-duty vinyl cleaner.

Clay on texture?
That's a replace it problem when textured plastic gets scratched up.

It's like buffing a scratch out of matte paint. Doesn't work.

Didn't like that answer huh? O.K. then, how about hitting it with laquer thinner instead

So the mirror is a replacement job? Can't be fixed? How bout painted to blend in? Is there such thing as a vinyl paint?

Now that's what I'm talking about! Why throw pebbles when we got grenades man.
Have you actaully removed paint from that kind of plastic with clay? I think it would just slide around the top grains.

doesn't have to be replaced. But I would waste my time trying to blend trim paint.
Just remove the paint transfer.
