As stated already in your other two threads,

The paint needs to be properly prepped.

As for the video, cant say I agree with everything that was said.

Tdubi ... Go on and buy your mommas products and have fun already... Chances are you will have the same results
Rdrman... Your 17? How many vehicles have you detailed? How much experience do you have using other products? As to his being the best wax ... Well IMO I consider this a sealant and not wax at all ... Yes it says tech wax and all but as I don't categorize this as a carnuba the purpose of his product would be more for durability and protection followed by whatever shine-gloss you can get
By a tripod dood and do some stills or just stay in school and concentrate on your studies it was like watching the Blair witch Project and I was about dizzy half way through ...

You will not find Mother's any different, it really is all the same stuff, different label. (EXCEPT for M16) It is the prep that counts. Make sure the surface is clean (clay, cleaner, THEN wax)

I have seen 3 months of solid protection from NXT 2.0. I used it on my mom's Honda Civic in August and it is still protecting but needs to be reapplied soon. About 4 months is what I get from NXT 2.0.

My applications of M21 2.0 last two to three months on daily driven vehicles, same goes for NXT 2.0.

I doubt that very much. IME, the slickness fell off pretty quickly, and even using a booster like UQD or UQW, it never lasted beyond 2 or 3 washes (aka, 2 or 3 weeks). I used both the liquid and paste versions, and I wouldn't buy it again. On the other hand, M21 will last for 2 to 3 months no problem with regular washings and boosters.

NXT 2.0 topped with Deep Crystal Carnuaba is a fantastic combination.

Deep Crystal Carnauba by itself does a good job for 8 bucks.

Out of all the megs waxes, the one I'd most likely use is No16, the least I'm less likely to use is Nxt 2.0.

Although I've heard it leaves a good finish, I've also heard (on many an occasion) it lasts 2 weeks max.

I'd bet if the op did half a with no16 and half with Nxt2.0 he wouldn't be able to tell which was which.
