Question for ya guys. After recovering from a near heartattack when discovering my first rock chip (-please tell me I'm not the only one who freaked over a chip in a new car's paint-), I invested in a clear bra over the front end. The hood isn't protected and that's where I'm still getting dings of death but the clear bra is doing its job well. Now dealerships have a way of stretching the truth, does this product protect the car from UV, or am I going to end up with a two-tone car? I love the protect it does now, but I'm afraid of what it'll do down the road. Any takers on this one?

Re: Clear Bra
I just finished a detail on my grandpa's black truck that was heavily swirled and had a clear bra in place since he purchased it from new in 2006. Now when the clear bra was replaced it wasn't put back in the original spot and it was clearly visible

The line was completely removed that denoted where the old clear bra was. If you don't feel comfortable leaving the paint protected mearly by the clear bra you can easily put a coat of wax/sealant on it for added protection.
