  • Go figure..

I washed and waxed my Jeep yesterday and then last night it rained just a little..Now I have rain drops all over it..Should I wait until it dries or hit it now with UQD????..I wanted to wax it agian today..

    Re: Go figure..

I would wash it again before applying second coat of wax. The first coat of wax should be fully cured already (more than 12 hours) so there's no risk of removing any.

I know that UQD is good enough to prepare surface for spray wax like UQW, but before paste or liquid wax I like the paint to be really clean. The wax is gonna bond much easier to washed surface. Just my opinion.

I would also suggest giving it a wash. Then applying a second coat of wax.

If you QD without removing the 'dirty" water spots then you will induce swirls. Now would be a good to to use ONR IMO FWIW OMG

I would wash the Jeep before applying any LSPs.
