  • What is the best Meguiars Product to fill deep scratches and swirls

    Hi guys,

Basically any that cant be machined polished but there look can be improved.

Lately I have been using clay, then Colorx topped with NXT for a quick detail. Consider doing that to improve the daily look, then going panel-by-panel using UC / Swirlx / NXT, even if you can only do one panel a week. Once all panels are done consider a megs carnauba.

Another idea would be to pay a professional detailer to correct the paint once. From there you could maintain with proper washes and mild cleaners as well as expierement with polishes, sealers and waxes until you find your favorite look. Just be sure you don't put the swirls right back in.

To fill paint as best as you possibly can, which is very little, you'll want to use Meguiars M07 Glaze, followed by any Meguiar's waxes or sealants.

Sorry rapport, I just read the other thread on the BMW. Please disregard my above as I thought the basis for the question was something else. In my quick post, I didn't even pay attention to who posted the question. Colorx still might help though - it has surprised me.
