    Great new truck smell

    Hey Guys
    I know I've been joking it up lately with my post but in my business ( I own rental houses) I am surrounded with a daily dose of reality . If I kid around from time to time its just to keep from crying, I'm sure you know what I mean. Back to being serious ......I'm beginning to lose that great "new truck smell" in my 2010 Taco can you guys put me on to some sort of spray that will bring that great smell back? I really hate the different house sprays , they are for the most part to sweet and sickening . Oh yea if Fed. X delivers on Sat. I should get my new Porter XP today . It'll be my first time with a DA( I've used the high speeds before) and I'm looking forward to being able to relate with you guys about this machine. I'm sure I'll be asking some dumb questions here so be patient with me and maybe I will eventually become half as good as some of you. thanks so much

        M40 - Meguiar's Rubber & Vinyl Cleaner/Conditioner
        Available at your favorite online supplier and some autopart & paint/body stores. O'Reilly's in my area has it.....

          I would go with the #40 also. My wife always comments on how it smells like a new car. Very good product. Lasts a long while.

            Add me to the M40 crowd.

            A few (10) years ago I picked up a little sprayer (1oz, actually just a spritzer more than a sprayer) of, "That New Car Smell." Made by Ozlum. It (to me) really captured 'that' smell. Only problem is I can't find it anywhere any longer. But, then I really haven't search at that much...LOL.

              Does the dealer have anything? I know bmw has there own car care line. I have never used any of it but if there interior care products preserve the BMW new car smell, I wont think twice to pick them up.

                Not sure if you realize this, but auto manufacturers don't generally make their own car care line -- they just relabel products from a major car care company as their own and sell them for a higher price than if you just bought the product in its original form.
