  • New Car Glaze prep?

What would be best to use on a new car before using #5?
    Best Regards,

You would want to wash, clay, and use a cleaner, as #5 is polishing oils only.

What strength cleaner of course depends on the defects, if any. SwirlX would be a general starting place for mild-medium cleaning.

Incidentally, not knowing why you picked #5, #7 is more top of the line. #5 is best in a high humidity environment.

Probably the common misconception that lots of folks seem to have. "I have a new car, this product is called New Car Glaze, so that's not to be the right one to buy!"
