Infiniti Scratch Guard finish

Bought a used Infiniti EX35 with deeper than superficial scratches in small (2" x 2") area of hood. Would like to know the best way to get them out or minimize their appearance without refinishing the entire panel. Yes. I can feel them with my fingernail.

If you can feel it with your fingernail, it is not going to come out. It's too deep. If you have a DA, you can work in a light polish to kind of soften the edges which will make it a little less noticeable. But it's not going to go away without getting repainted or having some touch-up work done.
