    is it safe to use interior detailing products by megs to "cleanup" my subwoofer? the face of my sub is a bit faded looking.. i didnt want to ruin the material

    Meguiar's does not make any product specifically for that application, and as such, they have not tested anything officially for that purpose either.

    So, needless to say anything you use is AT YOUR OWN RISK, especially when you consider speakers/subwoofer materials vary greatly.

    Now, that said, I have fully exposed cones on my speakers and I use a SLIGHTLY damp microfiber with Quik Interior Detailer to VERY gently wipe mine down. It has not caused any damage to my speakers, but it is impossible to say how yours might react.

    Use a test spot and a very minimal amount of product if you decide to try it.
