Who here lives in San Diego County, CA and knows of Meguiars dealers? I live in North County and just a few miles away, I had this dealer called "The Total Pros" who taught detailing lessons and sold ALL of Meguiar's products and related products like the GritGuard and Brinkmann Dual Xenon. Turns out, they didn't go out of business, they ditched Meguiar's. They changed their entire website, got rid of all of their products, re-did their logos, and don't say the word "Meguiar's" anywhere on any of their properties. Extremely disappointing.
True, I have online stores like Auto Geek and ADS, but sometimes I don't have the time to wait for an order to show up and I don't want to pay for shipping. I find it almost hard to believe that there is no other place that sells bulk Meguiar's products around here. I've used the Dealer Locator on Meguiars.com which is unfortunately outdated. It still lists the Total Pros and another dealer that I called, the phone number was out of service.
The rest on the list I've either personally been to or I've called and they do not carry a significant amount of Meguiar's products... For example, a couple of the places on the list just carry M105, M85, and M21. Or sometimes, even fewer products than that.
Can anyone shed some light? Thanks.
