Best Product to clean fine scratches from in car sat nav screen?

Hi guys pelase help? I have a car to detail next week and the owner is asking if i can remove fine scratches fromt his in car sat nav screen. Any hints or tips? Could I use any of the meguirs compounds? Ultimate compound/scratch x?

I wouldn't bother with it personally, because nav screens get scratched easily and you could put more fine scratches trying to fix the other ones. I would just tell the customer that there better off leaving it. Just my opinion.

Some also have a coating on them that you don't want to remove.
