Heyy, whats up? Im the kinda guy that likes to try everything once esspecially Meguiars products. I recently bought the new Ultimate Quick Detailer and let me say I just love it. But could I use that as a subsitute for spray wax? I havent bought the UQW yet and I plan on it when payday rolls around, but to me there isnt a big difference between the two. Maybe cuz im still new at it? Any info would help. Thanx

Re: Ultimate Quick Wax?????
Hey, UQD and UQW aren't really that similar. UQW will accually add protection and people use it between regular waxing. I haven't used UQD before but I use assume it doesn't leave any protection and its used for quick touch ups , like cleaning fresh bird dropping, maybe removing light dust. Believe me , you'll love UQW . That reminds me , I'm out and have to order another one

Re: Ultimate Quick Wax?????
Murr1525 is correct. UQD does offer some protection but if protection is primarily what you are looking for in a spray product UQW is the way to go. UQW offers better protection. Of course you cannot use UQW as a mist and wipe detailer like you can with the UQD.Brian Hann

In very general and somewhat loose terminology...
Detailer = cleaner
Spray Wax = protectionBrian Hann
