I bought a lot of this a while back to ensure I always had it. However, it seems in the beginning it was more gelatinous (thick) than it is now. Now it is very runny - not quite like water, but pretty runny. Does this stuff break down over time and my 'stockpile' has gone bad?

The polish is probably starting to separate, shake it up really well and then use it -

I had the same problem but I left mine in the garage over the winter so I think the cold affected it. I see you're from California so shake it up real well. You might even want to insert a small stick to see if sediment on the bottom has completely dissolved.BobbyG
