Do you guys keep a seperate bottle for each mix ratio of each product? Also what ratios do you most commonly use of the different products? Thanks

Re: Ratios?
I'm assuming you are talking about detailer line items. I normally keep 2 bottles of each in different ratios i.e. APC at 4:1 and 10:1 etc
I have most all of the Detailer Line items, as they all have their place. Some good ones to start with would be APC or APC+, Hyper Dressing, Super Degreaser, and Last Touch.
I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
Remove swirls my friends.

Re: Ratios?
Denali brings up an interesting point.
I think it would be great for someone to post recommended dilution rates and uses for the more common Meguiar's cleaning products such as; APC, APC+, Super Degreaser, Wheel Brightener, Glass Cleaner, and Body Solvent...
These just happen to be the ones I have....BobbyG

Re: Ratios?
Yes i am referring to the detailer line. I would really appreciate you guys listing what ratios you use and also if possible what particular tasks you use that ratio for.
Thanks again guys! There's Room For All Of God's Creatures!!! Right Next To The Mashed Potatoes!!!

Re: Ratios?
I'll put in my two cents worth to start this off.....
APC+ 10:1 & 4:1 - light duty general purpose cleaner at 10:1,
heavy duty general purpose cleaner at 4:1
Hyper Dressing 4:1 & 2:1 - dressing underhood plastics & rubber hoses
Super Degreaser 10:1 & 4:1 - underhood cleaning & sometimes wheelwells
Body Solvent - straight up on bug & tar or paint transfer, always needs some
dwell time on paint transfer 105 is usually the next step.

Re: Ratios?
The bottles have the recommended ratios and what to use them for printed on them.

Re: Ratios?
I believe these are all of the Detailer line products that get diluted, with their given ratios:
APC/APC+
4:1 for heavy duty cleaning
10:1 for light duty cleaning
Super Degreaser
4:1 for heavy duty degreasing
10:1 for light duty degreasing
Glass Cleaner Concentrate
10:1
Wheel Brightener
4:1
Last Touch
Ready to Use for QD'ing
1:1 for claying
Hyper Dressing
1:1 for high gloss
2:1 for medium gloss
3:1 for satin finish
4:1 for natural finish
Water Based Dressing
Ready to use for high gloss
1:1 for natural finish
Hyper Wash
400:1
AFAIK: All other products are RTU. All other wash soaps are the usual 1 oz. to 1 gallon of water.

Isn't that what Tyler posted?I'm confused.
