  • 2008 F-150 tips/advice?

A family friend saw my car today and said he wanted both of his cars done. I gave him a super cheap price for a wax. No inside. There is a lot of RIDS on the truck and it dark blue. Anyone kno how the paint is? Im hoping a quick pass of m205 will not it out,,its a cd but i want it to be amazing so they return for services.

I'm just taking a 5 minute break after JUST polishing one. It's medium paint. It's a little bit harder than my GMC truck's paint.

It's your business, but there is a lot of body to do. Why are you going to waste product and time if all the customer wants to pay for is a wax and you're already doing that for cheap?

So will m07 cover up RIDS?

        It will definitely temporarily help.

Why not use/suggest Gold Class Carnauba Plus. This will give the oils plus the wax.

Do a good job and suggest a cleaning/polish job.

I'd just wax it and dress the tires. You are already doing it for cheap.

Good luck. I believe in exceeding your customers expectations, but I also believe in getting paid properly for the work you negotiated.
