Re: so i use polish?
The first question I would ask, will M205 fully correct the current surface imperfections?
Meguiar's #7 is a glaze. Glazes by design contain fillers and no abrasives. They fill minor imperfections and give outstanding shine but offer little protection. When I use M205 I generally follow it up with either a sealant or wax.BobbyG

Re: so i use polish?
With Meguiar's M205 you'll want to use a polishing pad. I use a Lake Country white or green pad when using M205.
Because glazes are designed to fill minor imperfections then yes, glaze then a sealant. Be sure you follow the manufactures instructions on the label. Some product require a curing time before top coating with another product.BobbyG

Re: so i use polish?
Something I do is after using a product like M205 I wipe down the area with Isopropyl Alcohol for two reasons; Clean the area for inspection and removing residual oils and contaminates for the next step, in this case #7 Glaze.BobbyG
