    New black truck

    Hello everyone I am
    New to the site and the proud new owner of black tundra. I have never owned a black car before and I know it's a whole different animal when it comes to detailing, I'm just wondering what's my best option to start with, wash, wax, polish, clay? Nothing because it's new? I just want to start off on the right foot to prevent as much swirl marks as possible. Thanks for all the help guys

    Well, the basic starting point would be: ( and until there was more defects to care about)

    1. Wash - 2 buckets, good soap, quality towels, etc...
    2. Clay - Smooth Surface Clay kit
    3. ColorX
    4. Wax - Nxt 2.0

    5. Maintain - Ultimate Quik Wax after future washes.

    Of course there is the glass, metal, interior, wheels, tires, trim,
    etc as well....
