I assume this products is basically like No Touch tire foam.
It'll clean light dust off of the tire, but it's not a dedicated tire cleaner like others are.

Bleche-Wite, I hear, is very strong and requires some care in application, yes?
I've never seen it in stores. I use WBW on my tires weekly, with no ill-effect.

WBW is very strong and I would imagine that with some wheels (aluminum), it would do very much damage; however I spray it carefully and have no issues as of yet. I even sometimes use it in wheel wells. I scrub with a toilet brush and rinse, sometimes just allowing it sit and blasting it off with a pressure washer is enough.

        A bit...

ACUTE & CHRONIC HEALTH EFFECTS Acute Health Effects:
        From MSDS
Inhalation: Corrosive, can cause burns. Avoid breathing vapor and mist.

Eye Contact: Corrosive, can cause burns.

Skin Contact: May cause redness and irritation.

        Ingestion: No information provided.
You should wear gloves, goggles and a mask. That and it is pretty much acid (well, don't forget the salt they put in there too), so you have to take just as much care when using it on a car too.

Ok. Thanks for the help. What I meant is that with using the meguiars wheel cleaner I ran out with only doing my truck once. And I suppose that I am looking for something that will clean both rims and tires. Ill try the APC and get back to all of you. I suppose Ill just use WB on the tires.

Then you have to watch what WB gets on. Try just APC and see what happens.
