I always wash the wheels first. I use a separate bucket with a grit guard for the wheels and exhaust trims.
I use very cherry non acid wheel cleaner with a snow foam lance and aggitate with a brush. Then rinse off.Comment

hi guys, an old ma'mere (grandmother) here. The wheels on my saab 06 turbo convertible are somewhat pitted with the brake dust stuff. this car was a gift from my daughter and son in law, and i want to keep it looking like the day they gave it to me if possible. any suggestions? and I have no idea if they were painted or not, although my other son keeps saying i need to get them 'firecoated' or something like that-obviously i have no idea what that is or how much or if it will last!!! help help please for the old lady in virginia beachComment
