Cleaning my 07 Silverado Interior

Hi all, Im new to the in depth world of auto detailing, and have a couple questions. The interior of my silverado, the dash has this bumpy texture, so it retains dirt and grime. It also doesn't help its grey and shows worse. The console in the middle has slight stains from where my arm sits and sweats. So Im going to buy the Meg APC, the aloha cleaner and conditioner to do the seats, dash and console. Also thinking about buying that little green machine thing. So here are my questions, please bare with me.

1. When using the apc, do i spray it on a rag, wipe it on, scrub with horse hair brush, then wipe off with dry towel?

2. Will the apc, clean the spot on the console?

3. How do I use the leather cleaner and conditioner?

4. Does the steamer really work?

5. If so whats the process of cleaning seats, and can you use it on dash or carpets?

Here Goes.
1. yes. They all work. I personally like spraying it on carpet, work in with brush. Then remove it using a terry cloth towel

2. Yes, you can use apc to clean everything but nav screens.

3. I like applying product to the applicator, (foam or towel). Then work it in. Use clean microfiber to remove.

$ Little green machine works. They only drawback is not really a lot of suction power to extract product. I have used mine a lot. However, I always use the shop vac to extract more from the carpets.

Same as on carpets, providing they are cloth. On leather i would not use the Little green machine.
