Simoniz rotary buffer

I was browsing at my local Canadian Tire store yesterday and I saw this rotary buffer. It has a variable speed dial from 600 to 1300 rpm. I picked up the box and checked the weight....Feels like a bit heavier than Makita.

Any thoughts on this rotary?

I think you'd need more than 1300 rpm, more like 1800 to 2200 at the top speed range.
