removing wax from tight places

what is the best way to remove dried wax or compound from body panel seams? It has been there a while from the previous owner.

10:1 solution of APC with microfiber towel.
You may have to let it soak.

I take a 2" wide paint brush and cut the bristles down to about 5/8". I spray the seam with instant detailer and use the brush to remove the old wax. It works very well...............

Last Touch is REALLY good for this IMO because it is a product meant for cleaning and beautifying the paint, and it contains lots of lubrication. It softens dried wax, polish and compound very well in my experience.

You can either use it undiluted or 50:50 with water.

I use the corner of a MF if it'll fit, if it's really tight I use a Q-Tip. If the wax is fresh (mine), Last Touch or spray detailer will remove it. If it is old wax or an unknown compound from a previous detail who knows how long ago, I use 70% isopropyl alcohol.
