The ColorX didn't take care of 100% of my scratches so am I able to apply the Mirror Glaze on top of that so the oils can fill in the rest? Or will the Mirror Glaze interfere with the wax?

Re: Mirror Glaze over top of ColorX?
Applying something like a cleaner or polish over the wax will just interfere with or remove the wax.
You can try adding a coat of regular wax like Nxt 2.0 on top to hide them a bit more. Then use a stronger cleaning product next time.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Re: Mirror Glaze over top of ColorX?
Mirror Glaze is an entire line of products - can we assume, however, that you are specifically referring to M07 Show Car Glaze?
If so, while you can apply it over your existing wax it will not last long at all that way. It should be applied first and then the wax over it to seal it in. Having said that, the product you initially used to remove swirls, ColorX, is very mild and won't remove everything unless the defects are very minor and/or the paint is very soft or delicate. A better course of action would be to use a more aggressive paint cleaner such as SwirlX or even Ultimate Compound to remove the swirls, and then rewax the car.
Of course, if in the interim you simply want to hide the swirls then by all means go ahead and apply M07 and then top with a wax. Just don't top M07 with ColorX as the cleaners in ColorX would effectively remove the M07. Better to switch to NXT Tech Wax 2.0 or M26 High Tech Yellow Wax after the M07.Michael Stoops

So Show car topped with NXT and topped with Hi-tech Yellow.
Spectacular Results.
